Hello FLOW!! 🔥🔥 This week is Guys/Girls Night 🕺 💃, the boys will be making instant ramen then continuing the Alpha Youth Series, the girls will be hanging out and playing board games. We’ll meet in the gym then split off!

Note for the parents: The instant ramen is product of Thailand and the spam is the low sodium one, they’ll also be eating greens too! Trying to keep it as healthy as we can 😄
